From an early age creativity and artistry has been a huge part of her life , which led her to leave Ireland to begin her extensive training in Film, Theatrical, Prosthetics, SFX,Hair, Bridal ,Editorial and Beauty in the UK. Focus This has impacted her to bring the highest standard in training to Ireland. She has since tutored in high profile training facilities in Ireland and raising the standards of training in creative areas has since become her passion. She worked at events such as Glasgow Fashion Week, Style in the City and with clients such as L'OREAL, Eve Lom and Illamasqua, where she featured as a Freelance Events Artist. Her work featured in The Irish Times and Style Magazine. Amandas portfolio of work includes; L’Oreal Paris, Eve Lom, Glasgow Fashion Week,Style In The City, Illamasqua, iclothing.ie, Om Diva, Diesel, Salsa Jeans, Jennifer Maguire, Vogue Williams, Triona McCarthy, The Irish Times, Republic of Telly, Style Magazine.

Julie Davis

Coming from a background of Beauty and Holistic Therapies, Julie trained in the UK, where she gained experience in the industry, with names such as Clarins, Borghese, Versace and Dermalogica, before returning to Ireland to pursue her passion in training and education. Her 10 years tutoring in both private and public colleges nationwide, along with qualifications in the field, such as CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC, FETAC and a NUI qualification in Adult Education, give her a wealth of knowledge and experience in training. With a holistic approach to teaching, Julie has supported learners of all ability, in gaining their desired qualification. Alongside tutoring, Julie works as an Educational Consultant for various organisations in both the private and public sector. Her knowledge of Quality Assurance management is highly sought after, as are her skills in accreditation management, programme development, evaluation and review, external monitoring and internal verification.

I believe in continuous learning, the beauty industry is constantly evolving and progressing. I am qualified in ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO and City & Guilds, as well as having worked with brands such as L'Oreal, GloMinerals, Lycon, Mama Mio, REN, Image, Nailtiques, CND, Art Deco, Waxperts, Lauren's Way and many more. My work has been featured in The Irish Times, In Wicklow, The Waiting Room and Sweet Squared. I have extensive experience in some of Ireland's top salons, some of which have been award winning and have been featured on Xpose. I am a patient tutor, and my insider experience in beauty salons has allowed me to give students an in-depth idea of the career they are embarking on.

Natalie is a talented and experienced makeup artist and Beauty therapist specialising in the areas of fashion, photographic and bridal makeup techniques. She has always been a creative person with an eye for detail and knew from an early age that she wanted to pursue beauty and makeup artistry. Having enrolled on professional beauty therapy courses in college, she successfully gained her qualifications and an In depth knowledge of the beauty industry before going on to study professional makeup artistry in Belfast, under the watchful eye of expert artist, Paddy McGurgan. Since graduating, Natalie went on to open her own makeup and beauty salon along with having experienced many shows and events working as a makeup artist, such as Belfast Fashion Week, The Ulster Bride Show along with many different photo shoots and having her work published in a number of magazines. She has had lots of interest in her artistry skills overseas and had been selected to be part of the makeup team for Couture fashion week in London, due to her creative and artistic style of makeup. Natalie has relocated to Dublin to continue to progress with her career both in beauty/ makeup artistry and fashion/beauty editorial, having already gained experience with Beaut.ie since moving. She is passionate about ensuring that other aspiring artists/therapists get the very best in education which is why she joined College Of Media And Artistry as a tutor, in which she can help to educate and inspire others in an excellent teaching environment.
